North Central Ballet
The City of Watauga and Arts Council Northeast are pleased to welcome the North Central Ballet for a performance on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 6:30-7:30pm at the Watauga Public Library.
The North Central Ballet Company is the resident company of the North Central School of Ballet and is a member of the Southwestern Regional Ballet Association, Regional Dance America, The Arts Council of Northeast Tarrant County, and the Dallas Dance Council.
Founded in 1993 by Leslie M. Jordan III, the North Central Ballet Company is a civic, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the art of ballet and helping to enrich the community through education, performance, and dance-related activities. The primary goals of the company are to provide young dancers the opportunity to develop their talents in a professional atmosphere and to pass on to them the excitement of live performance.
Through the MasterWorks Series, Arts Council Northeast and the City of Watauga present free performances on selected evenings throughout the year. The MasterWorks Series is designed to offer a variety of quality family entertainment to the community by utilizing the talent of local, regional, and national artists.
