City of Fort Worth Construction to Affect TMIS, TSMS Traffic

The City of Fort Worth has been in the process of constructing a new 48-inch water main in the northwestern portion of Keller ISD, near Trinity Springs Middle School and Trinity Meadows Intermediate School.

The new water line has impacted Keller Hicks Road, as well as Ridgeview Circle and High School Drive (located on the Timber Creek High School property). The city is anticipating completing the concrete paving over the new water lines in time for the first day of school, August 25.
The Trinity Springs Middle School entrance access has not been affected. However, access to Trinity Meadows Intermediate School is currently restricted to the entrance in front of the football field. Keller ISD is anticipating that the eastern entrance into the Trinity Meadows Intermediate parking lot will be available by Friday, August 22, for Meet the Teacher Night.

The City of Fort Worth intends to complete several concrete pours August 18-22 to allow for the far western entrance of Trinity Meadows to be opened up by Monday, August 25. Keller ISD will continue to coordinate activities and information with the City of Fort Worth staff.

Keller Hicks Road West of the school entrances will remain closed until mid-December of this year.

This is a City of Fort Worth project. For any additional information or to express any concerns, please call the City of Fort Worth at 817-392-2387.
