GRAPEVINE Fire Department Partners with 911 Memorial Foundation Texas to Remember September 11 Victims

The 9/11 Memorial Foundation Texas, founded by Joe Lucioni of Grapevine, Texas, will be partnering with the Grapevine Fire Department to honor and remember the victims of September 11, 2001. Join us at 7:30am on Thursday, September 11 at the 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial public art location, 1000 Texan Trail, Grapevine. Thousands of Americans, along with hundreds of first responders perished in the tragic events that took place at the hands of terroristic attacks on our Country. All who perished on 9/11 will be honored in this Day of Remembrance ceremony. The 9/11 Memorial Foundation Texas and the Grapevine Fire Department will honor those who perished with the following:

7:30 AM – Welcome Comments – Shirley Hall
7:35 AM – Invocation – Reverend Windell (Dedicated Riders of North Texas)
7:40 AM – National Anthem
7:46 AM – Grapevine Fire Fighter rings bell four times (Remembering American Airlines flights 11 and 77 and United Airlines flights 93 and 111)
7:48 AM – Flag Lowered to Half Staff – Retired Deputy Chief Ben Flanagan
7:53 AM – Taps – played by – Larry Crossman (Member of Bugles Across America and Vietnam Veterans of America)
7:55 AM – Flight Attendants Representative
8 AM – APA Representative
8:05 AM – Grapevine Fire Chief – Darrell Brown
8:10 AM – Grapevine Police Chief – Eddie Salame
8:15 AM – Closing Remarks – Shirley Hall
