Welcome home, Nina
Nina Pham is home and Ebola free.
Our courageous young nurse was discharged from the National Institutes of Health Hospital yesterday morning, and arrived back home late last night. This is obviously wonderful news. Nina is with her family now, and soon to be reunited with her faithful dog Bentley, who I’m sure can’t wait to play with her again. As she regains her strength and gets back to a normal life, we are asking for privacy and consideration for her personal space. Nina was the first of two Dallas health care workers who contracted Ebola. Her colleague, Amber Vinson, is doing well in Atlanta, and we continue to pray for her.
