Kids Who Care Resident Company to Perform with Fort Worth Symphony
Kids Who Care, a non-profit international musical theatre company based in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, proudly announces upcoming performances with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra.
Wednesday January 21, and Thursday January 22, 2015 10:15 AM and 12:15 PM Bass Performance Hall – Young Persons’ Concerts Conducted by Daniel Black celebrates the culture of our great city in Fort Worth: Cowboys & Culture a musical and visual tour of the city’s landmarks. This performance is approximately 45 minutes in length and seats are $5 per person. Recommended Ages 7-12
Friday, February 20, 2015 9:45 AM and 11:15 AM Arborlawn United Methodist Church 5001 Briarhaven Rd 76109 – Kinderconcerts presents My Many Colored Days by Dr. Seuss displays how feelings can be expressed through music and colors. This performance is approximately 45 minutes in length and seats are $5 per person. Recommended Ages 3-6
This opportunity for the Kids Who Care Resident Company to be featured in collaboration with the Symphony is just one example of the arts education and performance experience that is offered through Kids Who Care. The Kids Who Care curriculum often begins with one of the weekly classes offered for students ages 4- 18. These classes are offered by teachers who are industry professionals with a passion to share their talents with emerging artists.
Kids Who Care’s Spring Musical Theatre Classes begin February 9, and registration is underway now.
