Clean Sweep – Saturday, April 18th

Clean Sweep is just a week away-on Saturday, April 18, from 9:00-11:00 a.m., or until containers are full. Everything happens at Colleyville Heritage High School (5401 Heritage Ave.) and is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of residency is required – either a current driver’s license or recent water bill.

Residents can take advantage of free bulk trash drop-off collection, Crud Cruiser hazardous waste disposal, electronics recycling and document shredding. Keep Colleyville Beautiful will provide tire recycling. The Crud Cruiser accepts hazardous waste not accepted in regular trash collection, such as paints, chemicals, and pesticides. Due to limited capacity, only the first 50 vehicles are guaranteed Crud Cruiser access. For the document shredding service, items should be in a cardboard box or paper bag that does not have to be returned. Plastic bags are not allowed. To facilitate traffic during the event, residents may not be able to stay and watch documents being shredded. The electronics recycling service will accept anything that plugs in or that has a battery.
