Professionals Serve Young Chefs Traditional Dish

Rodrigo Pineda and Karen Rios of the Universidad de las Americas Puebla visited Singley Academy April 20 and 21. The seasoned chefs talked to culinary and hospitality students about preparing traditional Mexican dishes and their experience cooking all over the world. They also prepared a 40-ingredient traditional mole dish and provided samples for the students.
