Coffee With Counselors at CSHS Sept. 30
Carroll Senior High School will host Coffee with the Counselors from 9-11 a.m. on Sept. 30. Find out what your juniors and seniors should be doing to get ready for graduation and the college admission process and how you can help. Volleyball Team Hosts Middle, Intermediate and Elementary Schools Night
The Carroll Lady Dragon volleyball team will recognize the middle, intermediate and elementary schools at Tuesday’s game vs. Trinity. The Carroll and Dawson Middle School teams will be announced and prizes and giveaways will be part of the fun. Students who attended the summer Lady Dragon volleyball camps are encouraged to wear their camp T-shirt or jersey with jeans. The games start at 5:30 p.m.
Dragon Cheer Selling “Black Out” Shirts for Coppell Game
Dragon Cheer wants to “Black Out” the stadium as Dragon football plays at Coppell on Friday, Oct. 2. Cheer is selling “Beat Coppell” black T-shirts at CHS/CSHS during lunch and at upcoming JV games at Dragon Stadium. T-shirts are $20. Visit carrolldragoncheer.com to view the T-shirts.

Community News: Weir’s Postpones Local Event Until October
The community event at the Weir’s Furniture Southlake location originally scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 23 has been postponed to a later date in October. Weir’s apologizes for the inconvenience and a new date will be communicated soon.
Community News: Golf & Educational Seminar Oct. 14 & Oct. 18
Applied Inner Sciences will host a free community event on Oct. 14 and Oct. 18 to discuss how to help teenagers overcome stress and other related issues. It will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Oct.14 and 3-4 p.m. on Oct. 18. The event will be held at 2241 E Southlake Blvd Southlake (PGA Tour Superstore).
