School Board Meeting Tonight
The Carroll ISD School Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 p.m. tonight at the CISD Board Room, located at 2400 North Carroll. The campus volunteers of the year will be honored. View tonight’s agenda here.
Dragon Baseball Sweeps Waco Midway, Faces Allen in Next Round
The Dragon baseball team swept Waco Midway in the area round last Friday with a 6-1 victory in Game 2. Carroll advances to face Allen in a best-of-three series starting Thursday at Dallas Baptist. Game 1 is Thursday at 5 p.m., Game is Friday at 8 p.m. and Saturday’s game (if necessary) is 3 p.m. The Dragons are asking fans and the community to support the team Thursday with “Green Out” Night.
Lady Dragon Golfers Competing at State
The Carroll Lady Dragon golf team is competing in the UIL Class 6A state tournament today and Tuesday in Georgetown. Follow Lady Dragon golf updates on the team’s Twitter account here.
Dragon Football Spring Game Moved to Wednesday
This year’s Dragon Football Spring game has been moved to Wednesday due to the Dragon baseball playoffs. The spring game starts at 6 p.m. for JV and 7:30 p.m. for varsity at Dragon Stadium.
Southlake Style’s Dragon Pride Spring Preview Party Wednesday
The Dragon baseball team will be featured at Southlake Style’s Dragon Pride Spring Preview Party on Wednesday. The Dragon Pride issue will be unveiled and the Dragons players will be on hand to sign autographs and take photos. The event will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Complete Care – located at 321 W. Southlake Blvd #140 in Southlake. Hook & Ladder Pizza will be served starting at 4:30 p.m.
Student Directory Advertising for 2017-2018

With over 10,000 impressions at all 11 CISD campuses, advertising in the student directories is a great way to generate more customers for your business. Your ad could be featured in the student directories for every elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school campus. Proceeds go back to the PTO of each campus. Dragon Ranger Caps for Sale
The 2017 edition of the Dragon Texas Rangers caps are now available for purchase at the CISD Administration Building, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m to 4:30 p.m. The caps are $20 apiece or $30 for a combo of this year and last year’s cap. There is a very limited number of caps remaining.
Prepare for the Ultimate Pizza Party at Taverna Rossa
Mark your calendars for May 18: Taverna Rossa is hosting its one-year anniversary party with an all-day raffle benefitting the Carroll Education Foundation. Get more info on this all day event of fun, early bird door prizes and entertainment to benefit our schools.
Project Graduation Tickets On Sale
Project Graduation tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online by clicking here. Seniors can also mail in/or bring their purchase to the CSHS office with a signed waiver that was sent in a mailing last month. There will be a price increase on May 13, so purchase your tickets now. Deadline May 21 to Purchase Class of 2017 Videoboard Graduation Messages
The Dragon Marketing Department is offering the opportunity to purchase a personalized, 7-second graduation message with photos to appear on the Dragon Stadium videoboard on Friday, June 2. The cost per message is $50 with proceeds benefitting Carroll ISD’s General Fund. Click here for more information and how to order.
