Northwest ISD Announces New Principal for Truett Wilson Middle School
Northwest ISD announces Natalie Arnold to take the helm at Truett Wilson Middle School. Currently, Arnold is the associate principal at Northwest High School. She has served families at the high school campus since 2013 as a teacher, assistant principal and associate principal.
“I am excited to meet all of the families and staff at ‘The W,’ said Natalie Arnold. “I look forward to learning more about our students, collaborating with staff, connecting with our community and building upon the wonderful traditions established at Wilson Middle School.”
Ms. Arnold has worked in Northwest ISD for eight years. Prior to an administrative role, she worked as an instructional support teacher for secondary mathematics. She also taught seventh through twelfth grade math in Arkansas, California, and Texas. She has a master’s in educational leadership and policy studies from the University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor of arts from Harding University.
“Wilson Middle School is the main hub of learning and connection in our neighborhood, and I am thrilled to be able to partner with our families in this good work as your new principal!” Arnold said.
Arnold will begin her new role immediately. She replaces Mike Blankenship who accepted the principal position at Northwest ISD’s V.R. Eaton High School.
