Keller: Public comment requested on Drought Contingency, Water Conservation plans
The Keller City Council will consider adoption of the city’s updated Water Conservation Plan and Drought Contingency and Emergency Water Management Plan at its regular meeting Tuesday, April 16.
This year’s plan updates were two-fold, fulfilling state requirements for review of these documents every five years to incorporate the latest best practices alongside updated community goals, and amending the plans to appropriately reflect any changes in water policies made in recent years by our provider, the City of Fort Worth.
The Public Works Department is seeking public comment on the updated plans before the April 16 meeting. Both are available for download below, and comments should be sent to Engineer Dennis Fritz at email@example.com.
