Fort Worth: Making an impression — Library and Kimbell team up for Monet activities

The Fort Worth Public Library continues to contribute to Fort Worth’s thriving arts scene by joining forces with the Kimbell Art Museum to create unique youth programming.

Join Kimbell educators at a library near you for learning and art-making activities inspired by masterpieces by the renowned Impressionist painter Claude Monet (1840-1926).

Children will have the opportunity to respond to artworks by sharing observations, exploring multisensory connections and participating in related games and an art-making activity inspired by Monet’s garden at Giverny.

This program is designed for children 5-9.

Visit the city’s ActiveNet page to sign up for a Monet’s Garden program near you.
