KISD: School Immunization Clinic
Keller ISD will host a Back-to-School Immunization Clinic from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, July 31, at Fossil Hill Middle School in partnership with Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services to get students up to date on their immunizations for the 2019-20 school year.
The clinic is only open to Keller ISD students ages 4-18 (exceptions will be made for younger children entering the Head Start program), and a parent or guardian must accompany the student. A current vaccine record or a note from the school stating that there are missing vaccines is required.
Older children who resist shots and children with special needs will not be seen given the nature of this clinic, and are encouraged to visit your pediatrician. The clinic should also not replace a well-child check up with the student’s pediatrician.
Staff and supplies at the clinic will be limited and there is no guarantee you will be seen. The clinic is on a first-come basis and will be closed when supplies or time runs out.
