Keller ISD parents are invited to a special Suicide Awareness Night and Community Forum event as KISD Counseling hosts an open discussion about this important topic.
Come learn more about Keller ISD’s new suicide screening process, and hear from experts about suicide warning signs and resources available to those who believe someone in their life may be contemplating taking their own life. There will also be an interactive discussion panel composed of counselors, parents, mental healthcare professionals, and representatives of local resource agencies.
The event is free and open to anyone who would like to become more educated on this serious topic that represents a real concern in our community.
KISD’s Suicide Awareness Night will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, January 30, at the Keller ISD Education Center Board Room located at 350 Keller Parkway. The event is free and open to the public.
