GRACE Transitional Housing

GRACE Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing continues to be devoted to serving families and individuals who are literally homeless. The program provides a multitude of services, including housing, as part of an individualized, intensive case management model. Since the “Shelter in Place” mandate, we have moved to case management via telecommunication.
Weekly case management is done through zoom or Facetime, offering a more personal interaction. Although this is not how we would choose to meet with our Transitional Housing families, it will work for now to provide safety for our participants, volunteers, and staff. The Transitional Housing staff is here for their Transitional Housing family 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
We understand that during these tough times, dealing with COVID-19 and the unknown can take a toll on everyone. We want our participants to know that we continue to support them with care and compassion!

Currently, 75% of our Transitional Housing participants have lost their jobs due to COVID-19 and the mandates surrounding it. We are thankful they are here at GRACE during this trying time, as GRACE works to fill in the gaps that we know they feel every day.
We want to thank so many people who gave money to provide special meals to our families at this time of uncertainty. This is a special treat to our families and brought a lot of SMILES!!

Our Transitional Housing family is made up of strong individuals, and we will get through this together.
