Fort Worth readers unite for May challenge
The Fort Worth Public Library is offering a mini reading challenge in May to encourage Fort Worth residents to take time to read.
The “Warm Up to Summer” program is free for all ages and is designed for those who would like a little push to read more. For the first time, the Library is using an online platform to allow participants to track their reading and earn digital badges by completing challenges.
To start, visit Beanstack using a web browser or download the free Beanstack app for Android and Apple devices. Follow the steps to choose “Fort Worth Public Library” and create a free account to find reading suggestions, track your reading time and complete the fun challenges.

In June and July, the annual Mayor’s Summer Reading Challenge will also use Beanstack, and participants may use their existing Beanstack accounts.
