PetSmart Employees Volunteer to Repair Meals On Wheels Client’s Homes

About 20 PetSmart employees from various local Fort Worth area PetSmart stores are donating their time to help five Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County clients on Tuesday, August 12, 2014. The projects they will be working on range from yard work, repairing walls to sanding and painting two ramps. Each repair will take between 30 minutes to an hour to fix with about a 30 minute drive between each house. Around 8:45/9:00 am they will paint their first house ramp located at 3452 Livingston, Fort Worth, TX 76110. The second house ramp will be located at 917 E. Boyce, Fort Worth, TX 76115.

This action proves that Meals On Wheels does so much more than just deliver meals. We really do care about our clients and love when local businesses are committed to community service and get involved with helping our fellow neighbors. We are so excited for our clients as we are able to team up with PetSmart for a second year in a row and get our client’s needs met.
