NISD’s Kelly Barrett has received the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented regional and state Teacher of the Gifted Award. Barrett is a teacher at Justin Elementary School.

Justin Elementary School Kelly Barrett has been named the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented regional and state Teacher of the Gifted Award for her outstanding service, commitment and contribution to gifted education. She will be honored at the annual conference among her peers in December.
