Carroll Senior High School Student Council invites the Dragon Nation to Southlake Town Square on Thursday, Sept. 25 for this year’s Homecoming Carnival, Parade and Pep Rally. The entire event begins at 4:30 p.m. with the carnival, followed by the parade at 6:30 p.m. The event is a fundraiser for Student Council and sponsorships are available.
