Gov. Perry Appoints Russell to State Commission on Judicial Conduct
Gov. Rick Perry has appointed David Russell of Dripping Springs to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct for a term to expire Nov. 19, 2019. The commission investigates allegations of judicial misconduct or judicial disability and disciplines judges.
Russell is owner and independent consultant of David Russell Consulting. He is a lifetime member of the National Energy Services Association, past president of The Houston Energy Association and a past member of the Petroleum Accountants Society of Houston. He is also a past volunteer mediator for Resolution Forum, Inc. in Houston and past treasurer of Mustang Community Commitment in Kingwood.
Russell received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas-Pan American.
