BISD’s after-school gymnastics program is enrolling for the fall session. Registration is every Monday and Wednesday from 5–7 p.m. at the Shannon Learning Center, 6010 Walker Street in Haltom City. Classes are for ages 3 and up. Classes include: beginner level (for all ages), advanced beginner (must test into this class), intermediate and advanced, as well as tumbling for boys and girls. Mullendore Elementary’s PTA Fun Friday is Sept. 19. They will be selling Smencils.
Snow Heights Elementary will celebrate Grandparent’s Day Sept. 19. They will serve muffins and juice on the blacktop for students and their grandparents. A complimentary photo booth will be set up next to the library for students and grandparents to have a memory of this fun day.
