Leticia Van de Putte Announces Statewide Vote Leticia Tour
Today, the Leticia Van de Putte for Lieutenant Governor Campaign announced a massive statewide tour to get out the vote, called the Vote Leticia Tour.
On the tour, Senator Van de Putte will mobilize Texans to turn out to vote during early voting and on Election Day. During the tour, she will make the case directly to voters across the state for her responsible leadership and outline how she will fight for all hardworking Texas families as the next lieutenant governor of Texas.
Van de Putte is set to visit over 30 cities, and travel over 6,000 miles over 14 days. The Vote Leticia Tour will kick off in San Antonio on October 22 and end in San Antonio on election night, November 4.
Leticia Van de Putte issued the following statement:
“It’s time to get out the vote for our families and the next generation. For the entirety of this campaign, I’ve been listening to Texans, just like I have all of my career behind the pharmacy counter. As I listen to voters across this great state, one thing is clear: we have to secure the future for the next generation of Texans.
“Texans deserve a leader who will put Texas first, with ideas the size of Texas. I am ready to fight for all hardworking Texas families. As I tour this great state, I’m going to humbly ask for every Texan’s vote.”
The tour will visit over 30 cities including:
San Antonio; McAllen; Edinburg; Kingsville; Corpus Christi; Beeville; San Marcos, Lockhart; Austin; Houston; El Paso; Lubbock; Amarillo; Childress; Wichita Falls; Weatherford; Fort Worth; Tyler; Dallas; Longview; Lufkin; Bryan; Belton; Waco; Beaumont; Galveston; Missouri City; Victoria; Brownsville; and Laredo.
