WHAT: Through a partnership with American Airlines and Sky Ball, Irving High School JROTC cadets will have the privilege of hearing about courage and sacrifice from four esteemed speakers.

Gen Pat Brady served as a helicopter pilot during Vietnam. He designed the “dustoff” concept. Sgt. Rocky Sickman, retired USMC and current vice president for Anheuser-Busch, tells an incredible story about spending 444 days in captivity in the Iranian embassy. CWO Gary Linfoot was wounded when he crashed his Little Bird in Iraq. He will talk to students about overcoming physical barriers. Mary Eisenhower, granddaughter of President Eisenhower, will also speak.
