Carroll ISD joins the Carroll Education Foundation in celebration of the annual CEF Week across the district. On Tuesday, the CEF Grant Patrol will visit every campus in the CISD to distribute this year’s grants and visit with the winners. The Grant Patrol is led by members of the Carroll Drumline. Patrol members consist of CEF board members, Carroll ISD administrators and grant sponsors.
