Richland High School’s choir will present “The Times of Our Lives” for the annual Rebellaire Revue, featuring the Rebellaires with a guest appearance by the Southern Belles. The show begins at 2 p.m. May 9. (Revised date and time.) Tickets are $10 at the door.
Watauga Middle School’s band is selling Texas Rangers ticket coupons for $40. The package includes four free home game tickets and six “two-for-one” coupons for designated home games. BISD’s Athletics Department is sponsoring a golf tournament May11 at Iron Horse Golf Course. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Lunch will follow at 12:30 p.m. The cost is $75 per player or $300 per team. The cost includes: greens fee, cart, range balls (unlimited), and lunch. Additional lunch tickets are $10 per person. The entry deadline is Monday, May 4. For information, call 817-547-5910.

BISD has an employee recognition program called “A Touch of Class.” This program is an opportunity for students, staff, parents and community members to recognize employees for the extra-ordinary things they do for children and the district. Birdville ISD and JPS have joined together to provide two school-based clinics in the district. One is in Haltom City at 2807 Layton Ave., and the other is on the south side of The Academy at C.F. Thomas at 8200 O’Brian Way in North Richland Hills. The clinics treat students in BISD and their siblings, ages newborn to 18 years old. Services include: well-child visits, sports physicals, acute care, chronic illnesses (asthma, diabetes), immunizations, and much more. The clinic does not have X-ray capabilities or dental services.
