Lewisville Lake Symphony presents “La Passione”
Lewisville Lake Symphony presents “La Passione” on Friday, Feb. 8., 7:30 p.m., at Medical City Lewisville Grand Theater, 100 N. Charles Street.
The Symphony, conducted by Maestro Adron Ming and in its 35th season bringing live classical music to North Texas audiences, will perform Haydn’s Symphony No. 49 – “La Passione” and Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture – “Fingal’s Cave.”
Pianist Claire Chiang, recently named the Grand Prize Winner of the Vernell Gregg Young Artists Competition, will perform Chopin’s “Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor” with the Symphony.
Artists from the Visual Arts League of Lewisville will display in the lobby before the concert and during intermission and will be available to discuss their works with concert patrons.

Lewisville Lake Symphony is one of eight local groups receiving funding from a City of Lewisville grant program designed to foster cultural and fine arts in the community.
To reach MCL Grand from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. MCL Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall across Church Street from the center.
