There are TWO public hearings scheduled for the Monday, June 10 meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission:
Windsor Estates Replat: Consider approval of a Final Plat for Lots 27-36, Block A, Windsor Estates, being a replat of Lots 29, 34 and 36, Block A, Walker Addition, located 27 Marvin Drive, 28, 29, 30, 2308, 2309, 33, 2317, 35, and 36 Brenda Lane and zoned Single Family Residential – 36,000 square foot minimum (SF-36). UDC Text Amendments: consider a recommendation of amendments to the City of Keller Unified Development Code, adopted by Ordinance No. 1746 dated July 7, 2015 by amending Article 3 – Definitions; Article 8 – Zoning Districts, Development Standards, Tree Preservation, to amend fence requirements; authorizing publication; provide for penalties; and establishing an effective date.
