Keller ISD Names Elaine Plybon Director Of Personalized Learning Opportunities
Keller ISD has named Elaine Plybon as Director of Personalized Learning Opportunities.
Plybon most recently served as Keller ISD’s Coordinator of Virtual and Blended Learning, where she led the growth and development of the virtual learning program as a personalized learning solution for students across the District. Before joining KISD in 2013, she served as a high school science teacher, and as a specialist in the areas of instructional technology, professional development, and curriculum, specializing in online teacher/course development.
“Elaine is passionate about meeting the needs of every student in Keller ISD, and is excited for the opportunity to utilize her strengths to develop opportunities for students to pursue their interests while gaining valuable experiences that will impact their post-secondary careers,” Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Tommie Johnson said.
Plybon earned her Bachelor of Science from Wichita State University in May 2004, and her Master of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University in 2014.
