The Vinyl Stripes Rock Southlake on July 27

Are you ready to rock this summer? Well now is your chance.  The Vinyl Stripes will get you dancing and singing to those old 60’s rock and surf tunes under the evening sky at Aria Amphitheater at The Marq Southlake on Saturday, July 27 from 7 p.m. to dusk.

The Vinyl Stripes consists of three members: Steve Curry, Greg New and Mark Baker.  Curry is a renowned guitarist and vocalist who has toured and recorded with many diverse bands across the nation from the Texas Gypsies, The Jacksons, Boney James to Rapper D.O.C. and more!  He has composed music and played guitar for prominent media companies such as Disney, Bravo, Cartoon Network and Fox TV and on commercials for Mercedes, EA and Ford. He formed Vinyl Stripes in 2015 to perform their versions of classic and original roots rock.

Greg New plays bass and is also a vocalist. New is a musician around the DFW Metroplex and has performed with other bands since 2004.

Mark Baker, who plays drums and on vocals, is a Grammy-nominated recording artist with over 20 years of regional, national and international touring experience.

All three talented men will be here in Southlake for you to see in person. Make sure you pack your lawn chairs, blankets and bring some with dinner along with your non-alcoholic beverages for this FREE family-friendly event. We will also have fulfilled activities for the youth to enjoy during this performance. Kids can explore games like life-size Connect Four, Hula Hoops, Punch Balloons, Bubble Wands and more!

This event is free and open to the public.
