Carroll Homecoming Carnival and Parade Return to Town Square on October 23

The Student Councils at Carroll High School and Carroll Senior High School are teaming up to host the Carroll homecoming parade, carnival and pep rally in Southlake Town Square on Wednesday, October 23. The carnival will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m., the parade will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the pep rally will begin immediately following the completion of the parade.

All official CISD student groups and teams in grades 7-12 may reserve a carnival booth and/or parade entry at no cost, while the K-6 campuses may have one carnival booth and one parade entry at no cost. All proceeds from the Homecoming events benefit the CSHS/CHS Student Councils.

Corporate sponsorships are available beginning at $500 for a carnival booth, $1,000 for a carnival booth/parade sponsorship and $1,500 for a carnival booth, parade and pep rally sponsorship. Please note that sponsors from previous Homecoming events are given first rights of refusal before new sponsors.

The deadline to reserve a carnival booth or parade entry is 4 p.m. on Friday, October 11. CISD provides a 10×10 tent, table and two chairs for each reserved carnival booth participant. Official CISD parent and booster club organizations are also eligible for a free carnival booth. Those who plan to participate at the carnival or parade must send at least one student and one adult representative to a mandatory informational meeting Wednesday, October 16 at 4 p.m. in Carroll Senior High School’s Lecture Hall.

The homecoming festivities lead up to the homecoming football game on Friday, October 25, as the Dragons take on Keller Central at Dragon Stadium.

Student groups or corporate sponsors interested in participating in the homecoming carnival or parade must fill out all of the supporting forms by 4 p.m. on Friday, October 11.
