THE 32ND ANNUAL CAROL OF LIGHTS SHOW LIGHTS UP DOWNTOWN GRAPEVINE
Discover the magic of Christmas this year at Grapevine City Hall (200 S Main
Street) as we illuminate all of the downtown Grapevine with our 32
nd
Annual Carol of Lights Show and street lighting on Monday,
November 25 in the Christmas Capital of Texas®! Come experience this annual presentation of live performances, dazzling
dance numbers, spectacular light shows, and breathtaking fireworks that are sure to get the entire family in the Christmas
spirit! In true tradition, witness Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate “flip the switch” during the show and light-up the entire
historic downtown Grapevine with over one million lights.
New to this year’s show, the audience can be a part of the light show by downloading the ‘CUE Live’ app on any smartphone or
mobile device in the Apple Store or Google Play. The app allows the audience to have an interactive experience throughout the
show. It’s Christmas magic you don’t want to miss.
Reserved seating is sold out for the show, however, there is bleacher
seating and standing room only viewing for the public on a first-come,
first-serve basis. The gates will open at 5:30 p.m. for reserved seating and
the show begins at 7:00 p.m.
Everyone is encouraged to show up early at 4:00 p.m. to embrace the
the greatest time of year with a sled down the new snow hill, photos with
Santa and his live reindeer, ornament making, reindeer face painting,
Christmas Karaoke and savor tasty food vendors. All activities are free to
the public.
As if Carol of Lights show wasn’t exciting enough, throughout the
Christmas season, come travel the world of Whoville at Town Square
Gazebo (325 S Main Street). This attraction features Who-houses, post
office, you know WHO’s lair and your favorite Whoville characters in cut-
out form just waiting for your family photos and selfies. Not to mention the
30-foot-tall Singing Christmas Tree is back by popular demand and full of
your favorite Christmas tunes to enjoy all season long.
Kindle your Christmas spirit with the returning City Hall Light Show Spectacular, a synchronized light show that is sure to take
your breath away. Finally, those famous singing snowmen, The Chilly Dawgs, will be performing your favorite sing-a-long show
in front of Foust & Son (523 S Main Street) with 100% chance of snow each evening. The City Hall Light Show Spectacular,
Singing Christmas Tree and Chilly Dawgs runs daily Monday, November 25, through Sunday, January 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00
