Chair volleyball is a fun, low-impact version of the traditional volleyball game that features a beach ball and lower net. Participants enjoy all the excitement of the game, bumping, setting, and volleying, from their chair without the physical strain of standing or running. Whether you’re looking for exercise, friendly competition, or just a good time with others, chair volleyball is an inclusive game that everyone can enjoy! No class Mar. 18.
