Public Comment Period Now Open — TMM Program Applications

The public comments period for Texas Middle Mile (TMM) Program applications is now open.

When: Today through Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. CT. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Who: Any interested party — including individuals, businesses, organizations and political subdivisions — may submit comments regarding the published applications.

All comments should: 

• Address whether a proposed project is unnecessary or duplicative due to the existence of current middle-mile infrastructure.
• Raise concerns about project eligibility in accordance with program guidelines.
• Be supported by objective, verifiable evidence.

Comments are intended to support the Broadband Development Office in making final award decisions, which will occur soon after the close of the public comment period.
