Bedford Police to Host UNIDOS Community Outreach Program March 4

The Bedford Police Department will be hosting its next UNIDOS event, a Hispanic community outreach program designed to connect with and provide resources for Spanish-speaking residents in the H-E-B area, on Wednesday, March 4.

What is UNIDOS?

UNIDOS meetings are conducted in Spanish and serve as a space to share helpful information, discuss topics important to the Hispanic community, and connect directly with Spanish-speaking officers. This program is focused on improving quality of life and providing support for residents and families.

When’s the next event?

• Wednesday, March 4
• 7 p.m.
• Gene A. Buinger Career and Technical Education Academy, 1849 Central Dr.

This month, guest speaker Norma Vasquez, Vice President with Frost Bank in North Richland Hills, will be sharing information on budgeting, personal fraud, and business finance.

Attendees will also be able to ask questions, meet officers, and learn more about the resources available in our community. Even better? You don’t have to live in Bedford to attend!
