Utility Billing Temporarily Closed for Training February 20

Heads up, Bedford! The Utility Billing counter will be closed this Friday, February 20 from 1 to 4 p.m. for staff training. During this time, staff will be unable to assist customers in-person and via phone.

If you need urgent assistance during this time, please send an email to UtilityBilling@bedfordtx.gov and staff will follow-up as soon as possible. Utility bill payments can still be made by either: 

• Calling 817-952-2112 (option 3)
• Payment online at www.bedfordtx.gov/water
• Via the drop box at City Hall Annex (1805 L. Don Dodson Dr.)
