Bedford Communications Division Earns 5 State Awards for Communication Efforts

In June, the Bedford Communications Division was recognized with five awards, including three first place, from the Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers (TAMIO). The team was honored for the following projects:

• First Place, Best Social Media Post – “SRO Summer Sadness” 
• First Place, Flyers and Posters – Bedford Beats and Eats Fest 2025 Poster
• First Place, Report – City of Bedford 2024 Annual Report
• Second Place, Best Planned Social Media Campaign – Bedford Beats and Eats Fest
• Second Place, Multi-Image Photography – Christmas in the Park Photography 

This year, TAMIO received a record-breaking 711 award entries from cities across Texas. TAMIO is a network of communications professionals dedicated to informing Texas citizens of important issues in municipal government.
