City, TRWD to Host 2 Irrigation Programs in July

The City is partnering with the Tarrant Regional Water District for two programs at the Bedford Library in July:

• “Sprinkler Systems 101” at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8: Not sure what all the buttons do on your sprinkler controller? In this class, participants will learn about the parts of a typical home sprinkler system, how to determine how much water your system uses, how to program your controller, and best practices for sprinkler use. Register online.
• “Ask an Irrigator” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 23: Not sure if you have sprinkler system issues or need advice from a trusted professional? In this class, participants will learn how to tell if there are leaks in their system, how to see if your system has uneven coverage, sprinkler use best practices and efficiency, and ask a licensed irrigator any questions you have! Registered participants will also take home a free sprinkler test kit. Register online.

Both classes are 45 minutes and will be held at the Bedford Library, 2424 Forest Ridge Dr. To register and find more information on each class, view each registration link.
