The Market at Gateway Development Update

Here’s a fresh update from The Market at Gateway, located at the northwest corner of Highway 183 and N. Industrial Boulevard:

• Things are moving quickly at Bedford’s newest commercial development. Crews have completed the exterior walls of all three commercial buildings and are now working inside the future Sprouts grocery store, which is currently estimated to open in November.
• AT&T and Oncor crews are also on-site installing utilities to support the development.
• Construction has also begun on the free-standing Chipotle at the front of the development. This location will feature a drive-thru.
• Leasing activity continues to build. In addition to Nothing Bundt Cakes, the City has received word from the developer that two additional tenants have signed leases, with announcements expected soon. Interest in the development continues to be strong thanks to its high visibility, convenient access from SH 183, and growing mix of businesses. 

When complete, The Market at Gateway will feature a 23,443-square-foot Sprouts grocery store, two additional 10,500-square-foot retail and restaurant buildings, and approximately 18,000 square feet of open plaza space.
