Construction Starts on Disc Golf Course Expansion

Big things are taking shape at Bedford’s disc golf course!

Construction officially started on the nine-hole expansion to the existing course within Generations Park at Boys Ranch, bringing Bedford one step closer to a full 18-hole disc golf experience. Thanks to a grant from Texas Parks and Wildlife, the current course will expand from nine holes to 18, giving players even more opportunities to get outside and enjoy one of Bedford’s most popular park amenities.

Construction is expected to take a few weeks, and no trees will be removed during the process. The current nine-hole course will remain open during construction, so if you’re out playing, please be mindful of construction areas, equipment, and crews.

Staff is working on an updated course map that will include all 18 holes once construction is complete. Learn more about Bedford’s disc golf course and view the current course map.
