Plan a block party for National Night Out!
Plan a block party on October 6, 2026 for National Night Out, which is designed to:
- Emphasize community members getting to know each other and taking a vested interest in the security of their neighborhood
- Promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie
- Generate support and participation for local anti-crime programs
- Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
We encourage neighborhoods to turn on outdoor lights, or plan activities like cook-outs or block parties. Registration is required to receive a visit from city representatives for National Night Out. For more information and to register your block party, click the button below.
