Hurst Firefighters Steak Dinner

The annual Hurst Firefighters Steak Dinner is presented by the Citizens Fire Academy Alumni. This dinner, catered by Outback Steak House, has proven a wonderful event for all who attend and effectively supports our First Responders. This event has allowed the alumni to purchase items such as; light weight Bunker Gear that helps during our hot summers, a Mini Ambulance for assisting individuals injured at one of our athletic fields, Electric Jaws of Life for our responders to reduce the time it takes to extricate a victim from a vehicle and a Fire Safety Training Trailer used at all elementary schools in Hurst each year.

Ticket sales for the firefighter steak dinner begin September 1, 2026. Tickets can be purchased in person at Fire Station 1 and the Hurst Senior Activities Center (700 Heritage Circle). Tickets are $25.
