The City of North Richland Hills recently recognized several exceptional members of its Police Department for their outstanding service, leadership, and dedication to the community.

These annual awards celebrate individuals who have demonstrated excellence in their roles and made a significant impact on public safety and department operations. This year’s honorees are:

• Police Supervisor of the Year: Rick Curtis
• Police Rookie of the Year: Grant Victorious
