Precinct 3 Maintenance Team Joins Watauga’s Big Vehicle Day

A Fun and Educational Day at Capp Smith Park

On March 20, our Precinct 3 Maintenance team proudly took part in the Watauga Big Vehicle Day at Capp Smith Park, an annual community event that brings excitement and education to families across the area.

This popular event featured an impressive lineup of large vehicles—from fire trucks and police cruisers to construction equipment and maintenance trucks. It offered children and families a hands-on opportunity to explore the machinery that helps keep our cities running safely and efficiently.

Our Precinct 3 team enjoyed engaging with attendees of all ages, offering a behind-the-scenes look at our maintenance operations and showcasing the vital role our vehicles and crew play in supporting infrastructure, safety, and daily services in the community.

The event was a great success, delivering both fun and learning in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. We’re grateful to the City of Watauga for organizing such a meaningful day, and we look forward to participating again next year!
