Upcoming Planned Bedford Library Network Outage May 24-25

There will be a planned network outage on Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25 that will impact a variety of operations at the Bedford Library, located at 2424 Forest Ridge Dr.

How This Impacts You

• Telephones: The Library will not have telephone service.
• Checkouts: Materials can be checked out at the Information Desk and Children’s Desk by staff. The checkout stations will not be available.
• Holds can be picked up at the drive-up window. Holds placed after 2 p.m. on Friday, May 23 may not be processed until Tuesday, May 27.
• Returns: Book drops will remain available for returning items. Materials may not be checked in until Tuesday, May 27.
• Public computers will not be available.
• Wi-Fi will not be available.

Please note, additional days may be necessary if unforeseen issues arise with the network or equipment. 

The Bedford Library is will also be closed on Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day.
