Karate in the Park on July 16

Join us at Central Park while Tom Hogue with “Self Defense 4U” shares why martial arts can be for everyone! He will demonstrate martial arts techniques and provide instruction on proper stances and sitting postures, as well as teach some fundamental blocking techniques. Please note, this is NOT a drop-off event and parents must stay while kids are participating in the class.
