The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) Board of Trustees has approved the instructional calendar for the 2025–2026 school year, laying out key dates for students, parents, and staff to plan around. The calendar was officially approved on February 27, 2025.

- Last Day of School / Early Release: May 21, 2026
- Thanksgiving Break: November 24–28, 2025
- Winter Break: December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026
- Spring Break: March 16–20, 2026
- Graduation Day: May 22, 2026
Holidays and Closures:
- Labor Day: September 1, 2025
- MLK Day: January 19, 2026
- Memorial Day: May 25, 2026
- Juneteenth: June 19, 2026
Student Holidays & Staff Development:
Several student holidays throughout the year are paired with staff professional learning days, including:

Grading Periods:
- 1st Nine Weeks Ends: October 9, 2025
- 2nd Nine Weeks Ends: December 18, 2025

Birdville ISD has also designated April 3 and 6 as inclement weather makeup days, should they be needed.
