System Maintenance – Northeast News

To better serve our community, the City of North Richland Hills will be conducting planned system maintenance from Thursday, Nov. 6 at 4:30 p.m. through Sunday, Nov. 9. This essential upgrade will temporarily impact access to several services. What’s affected:

• Water Bill Payment Portal
• Permits & Inspections Portal
• Municipal Court Payment Portal
• Online Job Application
• In-Person Payments and Account Assistance

During this maintenance window, both online and in-person services will be unavailable, and city staff will not be able to access account details or transaction history.

Need help? Our team will be ready to assist you with account or payment inquiries starting Monday, Nov. 10.
