Eye on Water Success Story

Water and phones don’t usually go together, unless you are talking about the Eye on Water app! This innovative app helps you monitor your water use and can even alert you to leaks before they become expensive problems. NRH resident Jan H. told us how the app helped catch a leak that had been running for 100 days!

“During the summer, our sprinklers were running regularly, so after we got the app I assumed our higher water bill was simply from irrigation. But the app showed we were losing about a gallon of water every hour, which over time added up to thousands of gallons wasted! We discovered a small leak caused by a cracked PVC pipe on our property. Once our plumber replaced the pipe, the app immediately showed that the leak had stopped. We’re so thankful we signed up for the app–it helped us catch the issue and save water (and money) we didn’t even realize we were losing.”
