The City of North Richland Hills is working to develop regulations for short-term rental (STR) properties—and community input is an important part of the process.

A Town Hall meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15 in the Grand Hall at the NRH Centre, 6000 Hawk Ave. All members of the community—including STR property owners, operators, neighbors, and interested residents—are invited to attend and share their feedback.

The town hall will provide an overview of proposed STR regulations and offer time for attendees to provide feedback and suggestions. This feedback will help guide future updates to the draft ordinance before it returns to the City Council for additional consideration.

In addition to the town hall:

• Community members can submit comments by email to rentals@nrhtx.com.

• A focus group with STR operators will be scheduled later this summer.

The City is committed to creating regulations that promote neighborhood integrity, public safety, and fair business practices. Your input will help ensure the ordinance reflects the needs and values of the NRH community.
