CWD adjusts summer garbage collection schedule

With more sweltering forecasts on the horizon, city staff has approved a request from CWD to start their operations an hour earlier than usual throughout the summer. That means garbage, recycling, bulk and yard waste crews will be working in neighborhoods as early as 6 a.m. beginning Monday, July 15.

While we know most of our residents toss their materials curbside the night before, this will be an adjustment for our early risers who enjoy rolling their carts out with their coffee in hand!

Please help us spread the word to your neighbors, and thank you in advance for assisting CWD in completing their routes earlier in the day so that we can get these essential workers out of the heat.
